A space where neurodivergence and individual identity are not just acknowledged, but celebrated.
Maybe you are ADHD, AuDHD, Autistic or generally aware you think or operate differently, you are welcome here and we have the coaching skills and experience to work with you.
We are Lizzie Egan-Walsh, Kate La Trobe and Paul Mosson, and we met working freelance for another coaching company. We are certified coaches for neurodivergent clients with extensive experience working alongside each other.
We are joined by Charlie Champion who is a talented business manager and runs her own Virtual Assistant service which is also part of our coaching cooperative.
Inclusive AuDHD Coaching was created to be the coaching space where clients feel they are safe to show up exactly as they are, without judgment, without masking. We spent and continue to spend our working lives campaigning for, creating, and sustaining inclusive spaces, whether that’s the workplace or 1:1 settings, like coaching.
Our coaching blends lived experience, coaching expertise, and neuro-affirmative training to help you overcome barriers and build on your strengths.
Together, we’ll challenge self-limiting beliefs, celebrate your strengths, and help you achieve the outcomes that matter most.
I am an ADHD Works Accredited Coach, Executive and Leadership Coach, and Reflective Supervisor. I work with neurodivergent and non-neurodivergent individuals, groups, and organisations across the UK and beyond.
With over twenty years of experience in specialist and mainstream educational settings, my work combines coaching, leadership development, reflective supervision, and neuro-affirmative practice. My aim is to help people develop deeper self-understanding.
I am an executive coach, neuro-affirmative coaching supervisor, and facilitator/trainer. I coach clients online in the UK, across Europe, the USA, and further afield.
My aim is to help neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, leaders, and business owners develop essential strategies, mindsets, and skills for personal growth in a challenging world.
I’m a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a certified ADHD Executive Functioning Coach. I work with children, adults, parents, and corporate teams across the UK, South Africa, and internationally.
My work brings together behavioural science, executive functioning coaching, and inclusive design. None of it starts from the assumption that you need fixing.

Let’s keep this simple: no, you don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from coaching. If you’re on a waiting list for an assessment, coaching can be a proactive step while you wait, helping you manage challenges, build self-awareness, and find strategies that work for you right now.
If you’ve already received a diagnosis, coaching can be a valuable part of your journey forward.
And if you’ve chosen not to pursue a formal diagnosis, but want to explore how your brain works, navigate difficulties, or build new habits, whether you’re neurodivergent or not, you’re welcome in this space.
Our practice is guided by strong coaching ethics. If we believe you’re not ready for coaching or would benefit more from therapeutic or clinical support, we will say so, with care and without judgment. Coaching isn’t a replacement for therapy, and we will always help you find the right path for your needs.
We also maintain an actively inclusive, affirming space. We do not tolerate discriminatory, abusive, or offensive language or behaviour of any kind. Respect is non-negotiable here, for us, for yourself, and for others.
Yes. We place a strong emphasis on ethical, reflective, and accountable practice. As a team, we participate in regular group supervision, and each receive individual supervision from experienced professionals, helping us maintain high standards and provide the best possible support to our clients.
Lizzie brings over 15 years of experience as a reflective supervisor, while both Lizzie and Paul have extensive experience supporting neuro-affirmative coaching through their work with ADHD Works. We are also affiliated with relevant professional bodies and adhere to their ethical standards, including confidentiality, professional boundaries, and working within our areas of expertise.
Alongside ongoing professional development, we remain committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and neuro-affirmative coaching space. Supervision and continuous reflection are central to ensuring we work with integrity and care.
